She brings together behavioural science, systems thinking and practical delivery insight to design bespoke solutions that cut through complexity and enable confident decision-making. With more than 20 years in Alliance and Collaborative Contracting, she is widely regarded as a formative influence in shaping how leadership and culture can be deliberately leveraged to optimise delivery outcomes.
