Jessica is a recognised market leader in collaboration and integration, with over two decades of consulting experience following a global executive career in People and Culture. She brings together behavioural science, systems thinking and practical delivery insight to design bespoke solutions that cut through complexity and enable confident decision-making. With more than 20 years in Alliance and Collaborative Contracting, she is widely regarded as a formative influence in shaping how leadership and culture can be deliberately leveraged to optimise delivery outcomes.

Hayley is ODAPTIC’s in-house visual facilitator, illustrator and designer, specialising in visual storytelling that makes complex ideas clear, engaging and accessible. Her work strengthens alignment, shared understanding and momentum—long after the session ends.
